Shipping Policy – Live Plants

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

~Processing Time~
Orders are processed within 1–10 business days. Most orders ship at the beginning of the week (Monday–Wednesday) to reduce the risk of delays and plants sitting in transit over weekends. I ship UPS or USPS.

~Live Arrival Guarantee~
I only guarantee live arrival if ALL of the following requirements are met:
• You purchase upgraded shipping:
 → 2-Day

• You purchase weather protection appropriate for your location, including heat packs and insulation when needed
• You are aware of and account for your local weather conditions at the time of shipment

• You send a clear, continuous unboxing video within 2 hours of delivery

⚠️ Failure to meet any of these requirements voids the live arrival guarantee.

~Unboxing Video Requirement~

To be considered for a live arrival claim, you must provide:
• A continuous, unedited video
• Showing the sealed package, shipping label, and full unboxing
• Sent to me within 4 hours of delivery

Photos alone will not be accepted.
Replacement plants will be sent, but if I don’t have the plant in stock, then shop credit will be issued MINUS shipping fee. Customer is subject to pay shipping fee.

~Cosmetic Damage~

These are live plants, and minor cosmetic damage (such as leaf blemishes, bent leaves, or minor breakage) may occur during shipping.
Cosmetic damage does NOT qualify for a refund or replacement and is not covered under the live arrival guarantee.

~Shipping Responsibility~

Once the package is handed off to the carrier, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.
